We develop the human and institutional capability required to turn knowledge into solutions, and solutions into lasting value.

Universities produce knowledge but often have limited pathways into industry. Young people gain qualifications but struggle to gain practical experience. Researchers make discoveries without routes to application. Businesses have problems but cannot reach the right talent. Communities understand local challenges but sit outside research systems.
Novara exists to connect these worlds.
Each layer feeds the one above it. People become capable, capability generates knowledge, knowledge gets built into things, things get applied, applications scale, and scale creates impact — which develops more people.
If a country has an agricultural productivity problem, the answer is not automatically a robot. The constraint might be handling, information, financing, logistics, knowledge or policy. So we investigate the cause first — then assemble whichever Builders the problem actually requires.

For young innovators, students, graduates and professionals who want to work on real problems and develop evidence of capability.

Explore partnership
Our work with young people aged 10–18 is where the Novara talent pipeline starts. It is one programme inside Novara Academy — the first layer of a system that continues through university, graduation and professional life.
See the Builder pathwayNovara is early. We publish what is running, what is being piloted, and what remains architecture — because a partner deserves to know the difference.
Novara is one of the places where those things can meet.
