The Young Innovators Programme introduces young people aged 10–18 to creativity, technology, problem-solving, entrepreneurship and innovation.
The objective is not simply to teach young people how to use technology. It is to help them develop the mindset and capabilities required to identify problems, ask better questions, experiment, collaborate and build solutions.

University graduates are one of Africa's most underused resources. Many hold valuable academic knowledge but cannot access practical experience, professional networks, research opportunities or markets.
Instead of asking "how do we employ graduates?", Novara asks: how do we organize graduates around productive problems so they develop capability while creating value?

Africa's universities contain enormous intellectual capital. Novara is building the pathways through which that knowledge reaches industry, communities and entrepreneurs.
We are not asking experts vaguely to "support Novara." Each role in the network is specific, bounded, and produces something.
